Does Chair hire include a table?
Yes, you get 1 table per four chairs included in the chair hire. This can be arranged easily if you would like two chairs per table.
Is my hire per hour?
No, the price is per day. You are not limited to the day; if you want extra time, this can be arranged at a per-day rate. This depends on your event type and availability for your required dates. When you contact us, we’ll be happy to sort out all your details; as we’re a new business, we have flexibility.
When will you deliver?
Again, this is down to your type of event or where you are hosting. We are flexible so all these details can we arrange on the phone. Often delivery can be taken the day before the event or a couple of hours before. If you want to move the chairs or change location over the day, we recommend the plastic chairs as they are lighter and can be screwed together easily. A charge may only happen if you are further away from our area and there is a wait time or if we arrange a collection time and the items are not ready and packed as previously agreed.
Why is there a breakage deposit
This is kept in extreme cases if an item is stolen or broken/damaged beyond repair. Children will be children, and messes happen, but we expect you to treat our products like yours. The hire items are hard-wearing and can easily be wiped clean. Your booking will include 30% of your hire cost for damages or lost goods. The deposit will be returned once the hiring contact is complete and the stock is in working order.
How can I book and Pay
Once we have received your contact information for your event, we’ll be in touch to confirm all the details. Payment can be made via PayPal, and we will send you a link or bank transfer.
Can I Cancel my Booking
Yes, these things happen. Six weeks before the event, you will get a full refund; two weeks before the event, you will get a 50% refund; and one week before the event, you will receive a 25% including the delivery cost. If you would like to change the date of the event, depending on availability, this can be arranged, but a 6-week notice period is required, and there is no charge. If you want to change the date after six weeks, a 10% charge will be added to your hire unless we can fulfil your old dates with a new booking. Please get in touch as this is all down to availability and which ranges are available for hire.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum of eight chairs. We have a maximum of thirty-two wooden chairs, ten tables seating four per table. There are also fifteen coloured chairs and four tables.
How old is your business?
New, 2023! So as with all new business, there will be kinks and working out the best processes, but we will always strive to be transparent with our communication and provide the best customer service possible.
